I'm really enjoying room 7. I'm glad my friends are still with me. I thought I was going to lose Quinn But he got changed to my class at the last minute.

Drama @ Drama

Shock horror! Oh look what have done, there is blood coming out of my foot. Oh no what to do now? I'll tell rick. we went and got a plarster but they did not hold for long so i went to the office to get another plaster but the blood kept comming out so thay put cotton and that held it.

So you can see why drama is drama at drama.

Bush fires

They had a bush fire in Nelson which was caused by a lawnmower hitting a rock. It is easy to cause a fire when it is dry. The fire burnt a big area of bush.

School week

Last week I finished my homework and put it on a disc . Friday the triathlon was cancelled because it was pouring.Now it is next week and we also have the Totara swimming carrnival and I'm going to try to enter as many events as possible. In the weekend I won my first hardball game and we won 98 to 55. I hit a four and I got a wicket by clean bowling someone and I got 10 runs, then I got run out because I slipped over.

Hi my name is Ben,
I'm having a really fun time here I'm in year five and my teacher is Ric he is really nice. we have been learning about our rights and responsibilities, we've learn't some cool games and some cool facts that we didn't know.I've liked how we get Totra dollars, I've got over three hundred. I hope we can make our own blogs soon or go on some school camps. I'm having a really fun time and I hope I will learn some more.

Last Week

Last week I had my first cornet lesson at school! A cornet is sort of the same as a trumpet. I learnt to play Mary had a little lamb. This week (or yesterday) I learnt to play the Grand old Duke of York and the first line of Jingle Bells. My brother has also started to learn the saxaphone! His first lesson is today. Ive already had two cornet lessons though (Ha ha ha Jasper!). I'm also going to do the Weetbix Triathlon. I did it last year and it was really, really fun! Our swimming carnival is this week! (YAY!!!) But our school triathlon has been cancelled till week six! (BOO!!!)
Anyway, room 7 has been great for Term1 so far.

Bush fires in Australia

We have been talking about the bush fires in Australia. They have caught two people that lit them. It was terrible and some NZ firefighters went to help.

last week

last week I played a hardball cricket. We won 102-66,I got my first wicket on my debut!(YAY!!!). Other then that it was boring.(BOO!!!) p.s I like chocolate cake.
